I have had several very positive experiences with The Physio Shop - first for improving flexibility and strengthening my hips and shoulders, then complete rehab after rotator cuff surgery. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and experienced with all aspects of PT and rehab, friendly, caring and committed to positive outcomes. Both my experiences were 100% successes! Thanks to the leadership of Jason and JR (co-owners) and the dedication of their talented staff, I am very happy to recommend The Physio Shop for people of all ages who want to move again like the old days. If you have a choice for PT in Tucson, choose the Physio Shop. Jason's therapy dogs Ellie and Maya are also adorable.

In 2024, I tore my ACL. I went to The Physio Shop in Tucson before I had surgery and then for 6 months of rehab post surgery. I then went back to the Physio Shop a few months later for physical training. I went from a torn ACL, lack of mobility, and being overweight to running a 10K and without further injury. I lost weight, built muscle, and improved all my physical health markers. The staff at The Physio Shop is excellent at listening to your needs and giving you the tools you need to build your fitness while minimizing injury. Luke, Al, Shona, and everyone else at The Physio Shop are all excellent.

It empowered me to actively participate in my recovery and motivated me to achieve my functional goals, such as reduced pain, improved strength, and restored mobility. What a wonderful place!! (My husband’s two knee replacements and my rotator cuff repair) The vibe is so good!! It doesn’t matter who you work with, they all know you and will watch over you. The dogs are a bonus!! Jason is an amazing leader and responsible for hiring top notch therapists that mirror his positive attitude and enthusiasm. They equipped me with the confidence needed to help myself at home whenever I had a setback. I could name many of the staff but would run out of room! The interns also add to the positive environment. The front desk staff are pleasant, friendly, kind , and upbeat. Fellow patients you see regularly make for good conversations as well. You will feel like family and you’ll actually enjoy going! We are both doing great!

Just now getting around to writing a review. I had the best time with my recovery at the Physio Shop. This time I was at PT for my 2nd ACL and meniscus rehab. I had fully torn both and was not in the best headspace to be going through PT again, especially my senior year at UofA. Before my incident I was super active in multiple sports, so I was hoping to make a quick return to being active again. I will without a doubt say going to the Physio shop became such a routine and something I loved. I felt so much stronger than before and had such a good support system of therapists. I was actually very sad to finally pass all my return to sport testing because I really enjoyed the people working there and helping me recover, shoutout JR. I am now fully recovered and involved in all my activities again. I really cannot express how welcoming this place is and how much they impacted my year. Overall, amazing services and even better people!

I came in with really bad back pain that was affecting my quality of life. After a few months of physical therapy the pain has gone done significantly and i have many pain free days. The Physio shop has a great variety of experience professionals. Everyone is very kind and patient. They always take time to explain any questions you might have.

The Physio Shop is a great facility to receive physical therapy treatment for your ailment and/or malady. The well-trained, knowledgeable and professional staff (Kelly, Lukas, Garron, Mary, Melissa, Michael, Rueben, Jess, and of course, JR) are all friendly, courteous and very helpful. I was always treated with respect and dignity during my treatments. I strongly recommend the Physio Shop!

I cannot recommend PhysioShop highly enough! After my knee surgery, I was apprehensive about starting PT, but from my very first visit, I realized I had found a truly exceptional place. I came to Physio Shop after a Total Knee Replacement. The program they have me on is really helping me regain my mobility quicker than I was expecting. All of the people there from the front office to the Physical Therapists are friendly, encouraging and helpful. The therapists and technicians are knowledgeable and actually spend the time with you during your session, checking your form and making adjustments. I highly recommend this place
